and if you still need some more
information, please contact us:

1) What is the Chino Youth Boxing Club?

The Chino Youth Boxing Club is a training center for boxers of all skill levels. We promote values of self-discipline, responsibility and community service. We welcome participants of all skill levels, but do require that you have a good attitude and show respect to all club participants.

2) Who can join the Chino Youth Boxing Club?

We accept all individuals (girls & boys) ages 8 and up. We do ask that you speak to your doctor to make sure that you are physically able to exercise.

3) How much does it cost to join?

Monthly dues are $5 for youth (8-17) and $27 for all adults (18 & up). All fees guarantee 30 days of training based on the date that you register.

PLEASE NOTE: All Chino non-residents must pay an additional $10 fee per month.

4) What are your hours?

The Boxing Club is open Monday-Thursday (4:00pm-7:45pm). Saturdays we are open (8:00am-12:00pm) for adults only. We are closed Fridays and Sundays, except during special events.

5) How do I join?

All new participants (or parent if a minor) are required to attend a Mandatory Orientation which is held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. Meetings are held at the Chino Neighborhood Activity Center (5201 D Street) from 6:30pm-7:30pm.

6) I don't have any equipment, may I borrow some?

Yes. Our club will loan out boxing gloves, head gear and jump ropes to active members with a current ID. Items may only be used during their visit and may not be taken home under any circumstances.

7) How do I become a professional boxer?

Our main goal is not to develop professional boxers; however, many of our athletes display tremendous dedication and skill that are requirements for potential professionals. We do encourage and assist these individuals to the best of our ability through training and providing tournament information.

8) I just want to lose weight. Can I still train?

Yes! Our goal is to help people become healthier and more responsible citizens.

9) I've never boxed before. Can I still train?

Yes!! Our program is specifically designed to help people of all skill levels, incuding those that have absolutely no experience. You will soon learn what a jab, cross, uppercut and hook actually mean.  Simply attend the appropriate class listed in our class schedule in order to train with other boxers of the same skill level.

10) Can I train my own boxer or can I have my own coach train me at the club?

Only Chino Boxing Club coaches are allowed to train boxers at our facility. There are no exceptions. Club membership may be suspended or cancelled if a boxer is caught violating this rule.
